The TEKLA CAMPUS BIM AWARDS PORTUGAL 2014 initiative is a BIM (Building Information Modelling) competition, aimed at emphasizing BIM modulation skills in the construction industry.

O FELIZ partnered with Construsoft Portugal and invites all students that wish to showcase their talents, and that are about to end their Degree or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, to participate in the 2014 edition of the Tekla Campus BIM Awards Portugal contest.

In order to create the project for submission for the contest, the students will have free access to the Tekla Structures Learning Edition version.

The contest will go on from May 15 to September 15, 2014, and the winner will be announced during the month of October.

The prizes for the winning project are the following:

• A trip to the Tekla Corporation headquarters in Helsinki, Finland, sponsored by the companies: FCGAB Engenharia e Gestão de Obra, Lda and O FELIZ – Metalomecânica, SA;
• The possibility of starting an internship in a construction company, a client of Construsoft/Tekla;
• Direct participation in the GLOBAL BIM AWARDS 2014 of Tekla;
• Winners trophy for the 1st edition of the competition;
• Diploma issued by Construsoft.
